No, but feel free to be around when we do clean. When you make a booking, you will be prompted to give us entry instructions. We ask you make this clear 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking. If on arrival our staff can not access the premises, a £40 lockout fee will be issued.

Of course! However, if you believe that your pet will get anxious while we are there, we recommend arrangements be made for your pet to be somewhere else.

Residential Cleaning

We provide supplies for end of tenancy and deep cleaning. However, for our regular maintenance cleans our cleaners will be commuting on public transport and are unable to provide cleaning materials, such as hoover or mop.

Yes. Please make these special instructions clear when making your booking. If we have any questions, we will contact you. If you feel as though that we did not follow instructions as per your request, please contact us on our customer service line open from 7am – 10pm.

Deep cleaning is considered a one-time initial service and usually takes twice as long as a standard maintenance clean. Deep cleaning is advised if you have not had a professional service in the past. Included in our deep clean are the basic cleaning supplies needed to keep your home consistently clean with our repeated maintenance service.
